Royal Jewellery make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, finish, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.Ā 

All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Royal Jewellery reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Our jewellery is expertly crafted from premium-quality brass and finished with high-quality rhodium, silver, gold-tone, or genuine gold plating (where specified). Each piece is embellished with hand-selected cubic zirconia, premium crystals, simulated gemstones, and lustrous faux pearls, creating timeless statement jewellery that embodies elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and affordable luxury.Ā  Product materials are listed within each product description.

While every effort has been made to display product colours accurately, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor, mobile device, lighting conditions, and photographic settings.Ā 

Promotions & Discount CodesĀ 

Promotional offers, discount codes, and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on our website are in the applicable currency and are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices, promotions, and offers may change without prior notice.Ā  Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. Where an incorrect price has been displayed, Royal Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the order before dispatch. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when your order has been processed, payment has been authorised, and your item has been dispatched. Royal Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where products are unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected. If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using your original payment method.

5. Payments

To ensure a secure shopping experience, full payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched.Ā  All payment transactions are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers using encrypted technology. Royal Jewellery does not store, process, or retain your payment card information. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.Ā 

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Royal Jewellery shall not be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Royal Jewellery aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier services/operations, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures (where applicable), and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While Royal Jewellery work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, Royal Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Royal Jewellery do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order by emailing care@royaljewellery.uk or via WhatsApp on +44 7587 993651. Please include your order number together with clear photographs or a short video of the item.

All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where Royal Jewellery determine that the item is defective or incorrectly supplied, Royal Jewellery will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

The entire content of this website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product photographs, images, graphics, videos, text, product descriptions, artwork, designs, website layout, and branding, is the exclusive property of Royal Jewellery unless otherwise stated.
